You could just keep it simple and buy some coconut oil that has vitamin E in it already and just add that to your bath. Soak from head to toe. If you need to condition your hair, just apply some from scalp to ends on dry hair, wrap your hair in a towel for 20-30 minutes and then wash your hair. Use it like like some people use babyoil, as a moisturizer after a bath.

Although 2 seperate items the NOW brand is usually cheaper and pretty effective. You can combine the two together to make your own.
